Decent, but room to grow
I signed up for the Complete Player Program. The content is comprehensive, covering a lot of aspects of the game. I found the drills helpful and the explanations clear. Delivery was instant since it's all digital, which was great. However, I did try to reach out to support with a question about a specific workout modification and it took about 3 days to get a response. The value is good for what you get, but the customer service could be a bit quicker. Overall, I'm improving.
Jump Program Worked
I got the 60 Day Max Vertical Jump Program a few weeks ago. It's pretty good! I've definitely felt a difference in my hops already. The videos were easy to follow on my phone, which was nice. Just wish there were more beginner tips sometimes.
